2026 VIPERFISH TIME TRIALS

The heat sheet for tomorrow's meet is attached. Please print this document and highlight which event/heat your child is swimming in and review it with them. The Heat Sheet is basically our agenda for the meet and outlines the details for each age group, stroke, and heat. We do not print copies of the Heat Sheet for the meet so please bring your own copy.

TIMELINE

7:15am: Swimmers arrive and check in with the Clerk of Course.

7:30am: Viperfish Warm-up - Meet with your coaches.

7:45am: Parents allowed on the pool deck. Only parent volunteers allowed before 7:45. Be aware of blocked off areas. No parents allowed in the swimmers area unless they are the volunteer for that area.

7:55am: National Anthem - everyone gather on the pool deck.

8:00am: Meet starts

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

PARKING: Please park ONLY in the LOWER lot. Do not park in the upper lot or on the streets around the club house.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Swimsuit - team suit or solid black or red if you have not yet received your team suit
• Goggles
• Swim cap - get at concessions
• 2 towels
• Snacks
• Water
• Sunscreen

CONCESSIONS:

• Donuts, Medu Wada donuts, Anita Burritos, coffee, Masala Chai, drinks and other healthy snacks. We accept cash as well as credit cards. We are a Non-profit so any money we make on concessions gets re-invested into the team. $5 minimum purchase for credit cards.
• Punch Cards are available as well. Prepay and then your swimmer can keep track of how much money they have to spend at home meets. They can usually stretch it across several meets.
• Swim Caps are still available for purchase $15 at Concessions. BE SURE TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE SWIM CAP for your swimmer.
• Team gear will be available for purchase. Each swimmer receives a free t-shirt. If you ahve not yet picked yours up they will ONLY be avaiable at practices, not meets.

WEATHER: It may be a little chilly in the morning but it will warm up quickly. Bring some extra layers to stay comfortable. Swimmers expect to stay until the end of the meet to cheer on their teammates.

We want full participation from kids and parents!
