We hope everyone has rested from time trials yesterday. Thank you to all that made it a successful one. We hope our team continues to show up and do their best throughout the season.

Each Sunday I will send out a reminder email regarding deadlines and activities for the week ahead. Pay close attention to deadlines listed. These are non-negotiable.

TEAM SUITS: It is required that your swimmer have a one piece competitive Speedo swim suit. If your order has not come in before next saturday you need to go to DIck's Sporting Goods or any swim retailer and get a solid black or red suit Speedo suit, one piece for girls, and jammers for boys. For modesty or religious suit requirements, there are team shirts available through Swim Outlet. These are the only acceptable shirts. Cotton shirts create a safety hazard. 

MERCHANDISE: Each swimmer gets a team shirt. If you have not already picked yours up you can do so at practice. Parents. show your Viperfish pride. We have t-shirts and hats for sale at our concessions stand each home meet. Money from sales goes toward purchasing/replacing new equipment for the team.

PUNCH CARDS: We offer punch cards for concessions. Prepay $20 and then you can keep your kids (and yourself) on a budget each home meet.

For each swim meet go ahead and block out the whole time frame: Saturdays, 7am-12pm & Wednesdays, 5pm-9:30ish.

**When signing up for breast stroke or butterfly - if you do not have a time you MUST get it assessed by a coach before being allowed to swim in competition.
