The heat sheet for tonight’s meet is attached. Please print this document and highlight which event/heat your child is swimming in and review it with them. Please also check if your swimmer is in a relay. You should have received an email. We do not print copies of the Heat Sheet for the meet so please bring your own copy.
Swimmers need to remain on the pool deck for the duration of the meet. It is very difficult to find swimmers and have them queued up if they are sitting in cars. We do not want a swimmer to miss their heat because we cannot find them.

TIMELINE
5:00pm: Swimmers arrive ready to warm-up
5:35pm: Visiting Team Warm-up
5:45pm: Parents allowed on the pool deck. Only parent volunteers allowed before 5:45.
5:55pm: National Anthem - everyone gather on the pool deck.
6:00pm: Meet starts
VOLUNTEERS: Please check your email from the volunteer coordinator with job specific instructions and check-in times.
PARKING: Please park ONLY in the LOWER lot. Do not park on the streets around the club house.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Swimsuit-MUST have one piece black or red
- Goggles
- Swim cap-MUST have Viperfish cap
- 2 towels
- Snacks
- Water
- Sunscreen
CONCESSIONS:
- We will have samosas, burgers, hot dogs and Domino's pizza as well as a variety of cold drinks and snacks.
- We accept cash as well as credit cards. We are a Non-profit so any money we make on concessions gets re-invested into the team. $5 minimum purchase for credit cards.
- Punch Cards are available. Prepay $20 and then your swimmer can keep track of how much money they have to spend at home meets. They can usually stretch it across several meets.
- Swim Caps are available for purchase $15 at concessions.
PARENT VIEWING: The tents along the side of the pool are standing room only or seating for elderly or disabled. Parents can set-up chairs elsewhere on the pool deck
