Dulles Farms Devil Rays

Location: Virginia Manor neighborhood, 25930 Lennox Hale Drive, Aldie, VA 20105.

The heat sheet for tomorrow's meet is attached. Please print this document and highlight which event/heat your child is swimming in and review it with them. Please also check if your swimmer is in a relay. We do not print copies of the Heat Sheet for the meet so please bring your own copy.

Parking: Parking is very limited. The parking lots in front and to the side of the clubhouse near the tennis courts are small; you may park along Lennox Hale Drive for overflow parking.

Team Area
Dulles Farms: parking lot area near the playground, along the grassy median.

Visiting team: parking lot near the playground, along the sidewalk on the pool side. We respectfully ask that everyone place trash in the proper receptacles and keep the area as clean as possible. There is NO SHADE here, plan to bring tents as you see fit.

Visiting swimmers please enter and exit the pool deck through the side gate adjacent to your team area.

Timeline

• 5:10pm: Viperfish arrival
• 5:20pm: Timers Briefing - far end of the pool
• 5:20pm: Stroke & Turn Briefing - report near the Starter’s position
• 5:40pm: National Anthem
• 5:45pm: Meet Begins

Viewing Area: There are multiple spectator viewing areas surrounding the pool. Please bring chairs.

Concessions: Regular concessions will be available, along with Chick fil A. Cash and Venmo (@dullesfarms)
