This is our last home meet! The heat sheet for tomorrow's meet is attached. Please print. We do not print copies of the Heat Sheet for the meet so please bring your own copy. Please write the event/heat/lane/stroke on your swimmers arm.

Combined Heats:

• Event #47 and #48 (heat 1)
• Event #55 and #56 IM Relay

VOLUNTEERS: See the email from Vivian, the Volunteer Coordinator if you signed up for this meet.

PARKING: Please park only in the LOWER lot. DO NOT park in the upper lot or on the streets around the club house.

TIMELINE

• 7:00am: Swimmers arrive and ready for warm-ups.
• 7:35am: Away team warm-up
• 7:45am: Parents allowed on the pool deck. Only parent volunteers allowed before 7:45. Be aware of blocked off areas. No parents allowed in the swimmers area unless they are the volunteer for that area.
• 7:55am: National Anthem - everyone gather on the pool deck.
• 8:00am: Meet starts

WHAT TO BRING:

• Swimsuit- MUST have solid red or solid black team suit. Red Marble is RETIRED*
• Goggles
• Swim cap-required
• 2 towels
• Snacks
• Water
• Sunscreen

SPECTATOR AREA: In an effort to ensure everyone gets to a chance to see their swimmer with a clear view we are asking that parents do not place chairs on the long side of the pool. The long side of the pool with white tents is standing room only. Chairs will be placed there for elderly and disabled viewers (of both teams) to use to cheer on swimmers. Feel free to still bring chairs to place around the deck to sit between events.

CONCESSIONS: Donuts, Medu Wada donuts, Anita Burritos, coffee, Masala Chai, drinks and other healthy snacks. We accept cash as well as credit cards. We are a Non-profit so any money we make on concessions gets re-invested into the team. $5 minimum purchase for credit cards.
