It is the final stretch of the swim season. Swimmers have been working hard all season and for some it culminates at Divisionals, while others will continue on to All-Stars.

VOLUNTEERS:

This part of the season is always tough to get volunteers. If you have not completed your hours there are plenty of spots in Divisionals AND All-Stars. These are very large meets and require lots of help to pull them off successfully. Your child does not have to swim in these events for you to volunteer. Save yourself the charge at the end of the season and complete your hours.

DIVISIONALS & ALL-STARS:

Any swimmer that competes in at least two league-sanctioned meets during the current regular season will be eligible to compete in one, or sometimes both Divisionals and All-Stars (consult with your coach). A swimmer without an official league time (NT) in any event cannot swim that event in the post-season. Swimmers cannot qualify for the All-Star Meet with times swam at Time Trials.

When determining whether your swimmer will swim at Divisionals and/or All-Stars keep in mind:

• Swimmers who make a qualifying time will be eligible to swim at the All-Star Meet in the events they qualified for (up to 3).
• Swimmers who make 1 qualifying All-Star time will be eligible to swim at Divisionals, but NOT in the event they qualified for.
• Swimmers who have 2 or more All-Star qualifying times will not be eligible to swim at the Divisional meet.
• You may choose up to 3 events from free, back, breast, fly, or IM to register your swimmer in Divisionals and All-Stars (based on qualifying times).

If you are curious whether your swimmer may qualify for All-Stars on July 27th you can check the cut times on the ODSL website HERE. We will send All-Star info to those that qualify after Saturday.
