Hello Viperfish Families!

Thank you to all the swimmers who attended Divisionals on Saturday, and a special shoutout to all our volunteers. What a great way to wrap up the regular season! But wait….it’s not over yet.

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING

ALL-STARS: Congrats to all the swimmers that qualified! VOLUNTEER opportunities STILL available for ALL-STARS.

• Practice Schedule (All-stars ONLY): This week 8:30am-9:30am
• This will only be for All-Stars swimmers. The rest of you finally get to sleep in this summer. ;)

END-OF-SEASON BANQUET:

• Sunday, July 26th, 4-8pm
• Location: Halcyon, 23528 Watson Rd, Leesburg, VA 20175
• We need you to do 2 THINGS

1. RSVP by THURSDAY, JULY 23rd @ 4:00pm so we know how many to expect
2. In the RSVP - sign-up to bring a dish to share. THIS IS A POT LUCK. We can’t eat if we don’t bring food.
   • It is very important to have accurate numbers of who is attending so we know how much food we will need. In addition, WE NEED YOUR HELP, providing food. We have A LOT of very hungry kiddos that are capable of eating a lot! Please sign up to bring a main dish, dessert or other item to share with our team.

• AWARDS: Our coaches put a lot of time into awards for swimmers and love seeing the reaction on their faces.

• WE NEED PICTURES FOR OUR SLIDESHOW: We’re creating a slideshow for the end of season banquet and would love to feature your swimmers! If you have any fun or memorable photos from this swim season, please upload them here: 2026 LVVF SLIDESHOW

COACHES/HS SENIORS GIFT: We’re collecting funds for a gift to thank our amazing swim coaches and graduating high school seniors. These will be presented during the banquet.

The Loudoun Valley II Viperfish Board, appreciates our families, as well as the time and effort you have put into practicing, competing, and volunteering. It takes all of us to make this happen for the kids. This has been a successful season and we look forward to seeing everyone back next summer.

We’ll wrap this up with a fun party on July 26th! See you there!
